Candidate (preferably female) with Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sociology, Agriculture, Zoology or Botany with minimum two years’ experience in Project implementation, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation and report generation.

The candidate should have an exposure to field works, especially with marginal communities in remote and rural areas. He / She should have a good quality leadership to manage the project team and stakeholders.

The candidate should have a good command over English, Hindi and Bengali languages. He / She should have a good skill in English writing.

The candidate should knowledge over Basic Computer Applications specially Word and Excel.

Candidate will have extensive and frequent field visits to rural places in West Bengal and outside. Those who are unable to do frequent tours not need to apply.
