CCCI Social & Development Research (CCCI SDR) is a consulting entity registered in India, the for-profit wing of CCC-I. It designs, advises and implements evidence informed, social and behavioural programs for public health and social development issues.
The Center for Communication and Change India (CCC-I), a sister organization of Johns Hopkins University/ Center for Communication Programs is known for developing research-based communication programs to reach different segments of masses that save lives, improve health and enhance well-being of people.
CCC-I uses an integrated, comprehensive approach that combines mass media, community mobilization, interpersonal communication, advocacy, formative research and capacity building to address a range of social, development and health issues.
We are interested in hiring interns based in Delhi, who will work closely with the Program Team in the ongoing project activities. This internship program is available in hybrid mode i.e. both online and offline (as suggested by the supervisor) for a duration.
Scope of Work
Assist the program/research team in various ongoing projects, particularly, desk review, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and documentation
Assist the PR team in updating social media plan to promote CCC-I and CCP initiatives in India through their respective social media handles
Accompany the research team to project data collection sites for monitoring and quality assurance
Share daily progress updates through the program template shared by the supervisor
Prepare a summary report at the end of the internship and share with the supervisor
Assist program team in any other day-to-day project activities on request
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification of Master’s degree in Public Health or Social Sciences or related fields (Communications, Social Work, Sociology, Advertising & Marketing, Journalism etc.)
Prior experience of working on SBCC or social development research projects is added advantage.
Skilled in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
Experience in qualitative data analysis and understanding of research concepts
Skilled in using social media especially Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Good writing skills in English and good knowledge of Hindi

Based on skills and research-based experience of the candidate
