- To be a enthusiast & explain the program and its benefits to the youth and their parents from the communities.

- Ensure maximum enrollment of youth at the center adhering to enrollment criteria as per the program objective.

- Follow-up of leads and ability to convert them for enrollments & placement.

- Utilize various channels, including calling, networking events, and referrals, to generate leads.
