Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Resources Person to join our team. In this role, He/She will play a crucial part in securing resources and funding to support our organisation's mission and programs. He/She ll be responsible for developing and executing resource mobilisation strategies, maintaining relationships with donors and partners, and ensuring the sustainability of our activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive resource mobilisation strategies in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

2. Identify and research potential funding opportunities, including government grants, foundations, corporate sponsorship, and individual donors.

3. Lead the writing and submission of grant proposals, applications, and fundraising appeals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

4. Collaborate with program managers and staff to understand funding needs, priorities, and impact metrics for effective resource allocation.

5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of fundraising activities, track donor contributions, and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in resource mobilisation, fundraising, and philanthropy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree MSW/BSW or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with writing skill.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and team members.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach to achieving fundraising goals.

This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, with occasional travel required for donor meetings and events.

Working experience- 1 or 2 years working in social sector, Freshers may also apply
