Qualifications:
1) A bachelor degree in any discipline and a Master degree in a relevant
field, such as Public Health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management.
2) Freshers can also apply, giving preference to those with experience in
project coordination, preferably in the fields of maternal and child health
3) Experience in monitoring and evaluation, including data collection,
analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
a) Coordinate all aspects of the SBIF- Maatrichhaya Project, including
planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation.
b) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports, case studies
and other documentation required by project donors and stakeholders.
c) Identify training needs among project staff, partners, and community
members
Develop and facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance the skills
d) knowledge of stakeholders involved in the project.
