VACANCY FOR THE POST OF PART TIME ACCOUNTANT

Position – Part Time Accountant

Location: Madhyamgram, North 24 Parganas

Job Purpose: To be responsible for the accounts and all statutory accounts related compliance of the organizations

Key Accountabilities:

1. Preparing and updating funding related reports for donors and management.

2. Prepare financial statements and reports and appraise the Project Supervisor

on budget utilization from time to time.

3. Preparing bank reconciliation statements.

4. Monitor the expenditures to ensure that program funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the financial year.

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate should be a Commerce Graduate/ Post Graduate with Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO account management.

The candidate should have knowledge in Tally ERP 9.2 and good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
