HOPE Foundation working with different organization Project consultancy work in all over India.

Hope Foundation is a group of organizations working across social development sectors. Currently we are working on various projects like training, skill development, research, agriculture, governance in Gandhinagar, Sabarkantha, Aanand, Panchmahal, Rajkot, Vadodara and Porbandar districts.

Currently we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated senior Project Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills Required :-

Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Technical Proficient Skills from planning to execution, Risk Management, Presentation, Budgeting and Resource Management and compliance management, willingness to learn and execute the learning.

Qualification Required :

• Masters degree in a relevant field (Business Development, Social Work etc.)

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a corporate as well as social environment.

• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Office Tools etc.)

Job Role :

• Plan and oversee projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.

• Allocate and manage resources (human, financial, equipment, etc.)

• Coordinate and lead project team members and field executives.

• Visiting to donor agencies and clients regularly.

• Represent organization in other workshops, meetings, seminars and client/donor offices.

• Create channel assist other team members to mobilize projects.

• Monitor project progress, performance and quality.

• Preparing reports on various running projects and submits them on time.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Shifting one project to another project without any hesitations and attitude expressions.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team and management.
