Job Location: New Delhi

Designation: Program Manager-Operations

Role and Responsibilities:

1) Overall responsible for the project(s) assigned, including design, management, and implementation.

2) Carry out all monitoring operations necessary for the project, including day-to-day coordination, evaluations, and planning with the local personnel.

3) Coordinate with all important parties, including project workers, government authorities, vendors, and any other relevant stakeholders.

4) Responsible for timely reporting and quality documentation for the project(s) assigned.

5) Tracking project budgets and ensuring timely finance and donor compliance.

6) Providing accurate and timely reporting on programme status throughout its lifecycle.

7) Managing Field Staff and partner organizations

Minimum Qualifications/Experience required for this position:

1) A master's degree in social work, rural development, or a similar topic 2) Minimum 5+ years of experience working in the social sector.

3) Experience in community-based field work in Rural Development, Menstrual Health, Women/Child Development, WASH, and other areas specific to Social Sector.

Skill Required:

b. Experience with project management, including project tracking/progress monitoring, budget tracking

c. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy to effectively articulate, interpret, negotiate, report, and establish enduring working relationships and trust partners and stakeholders.

d. Strong writing skills essential in order to develop projects, prepare reports, technical papers, briefing papers and other Mission documents.

e. Exhibit strong coordinating and organisational skills applicable in multicultural work environments.

f. Possess the aptitude to concurrently manage multiple complex tasks, perform effectively under pressure to achieve results, and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

g. Fluency in English and Hindi language proficiency, in speaking, reading, writing, is required.
