Position: MIS Executive/Assistant- Bandhan Climate Action Program (BCAP)

Reports to: Manager, BCAP

Job Location: Manbazar, Purulia

Key Role:

The MIS Assistant will be responsible for the monitoring and MIS data management which includes timely collection of records, entering data in the MIS & monitoring system, verifying the data, reporting.

Make field visits to validate MIS and Monitoring data from Area Coordinators as per instructions of the Project Manager.

Assist in survey and research activities to the HO Research and other teams coming to the project for evaluation, study etc.

Ensure formal and informal project MIS and monitoring reports are submitted in a timely and efficient manner also pointing out the to higher authorities.

Key Tasks:

Monthly, quarterly and annual MIS and monitoring report generation.

Power point and other presentation and reports development.

Project management functions as assigned by project Manager, financial research activities support from time to time.

Experience:

Essential:

At least 2 years of working in MIS and Monitoring and Evaluation data base.

Excellent command and control over MS-Excel and MS-Office and data tabulation, data sheet management, data treatment, dash board preparation, presentation, data analysis etc.

Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Language Proficiency:

Essential:

Must be proficient in local language- speaking, reading and writing in Bengali

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or 3 year diploma mandatory
