Job Description:-

Define the skill levels in each area supported by existing curriculum; week wise teaching plan, assignments and assessments.

· Work with professional designers to ensure that work spaces are designed to meet the learning objectives, provide inputs to designing, understand marketing strategies and ensure safety measures for the production unit of Margam.

· Preparing Margam monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required by Donors / VIDYA

· Providing course specific advice to students and ensure sustainability of the course strategically, financially and with regard to ongoing high quality learning outcomes

· Developing admission process for qualifying Margam Program

· Provide assistance to raise funds and connects for Margam in liaison with Fund Raising team at VIDYA

· Overseeing enrolment of students and participating in the Student Feedback Survey in accordance with VIDYA Feedback Policy

· Working hand in hand with volunteers and doing home visits

· Guide the team on need assessment of program and define roles and responsibilities of team in existing staff.

· Establish rapport with the donors of VIDYA program, ensure that all personal invitations of all key VIDYA events are sent to all key stakeholders

· Regular monitoring and evaluation of staff through appraisals to be carried out with staff.

· Create and maintain beneficiary tracking system record and ensure that fund requests and quarterly reports are sent before the due date and follow up if required

· Network with possible partners for placement and ability to hold training workshops

· Preparing lesson plans and study material.

· Planning, evaluating and revising the curriculum, course material, course content and the methods of instruction.

· Evaluating and grading the students class work, assignments and maintaining the student attendance record and grades.

· Be the owner of partnership engagement activities of donors for VIDYA program
