Project Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be overall responsible for the implementation of the social protection services for the specific key population for which the SSR has been selected.
She/He with the support from the project oversight
She/He will ensure all the staff is recruited and inducted, the SR level PIP is customized to the SSR level and the targets for ID card, Bank accounts opening, and facilitating social protection schemes
She/He will ensure all the CFs are trained and carrying out field outreach activities
She/He will be responsible to monitor the field activities and provide support in carrying out the advocacy with the line departments for enabling easier and stigma-free access for the community members.
She/He will be responsible for reaching a minimum of 1674 community members with multiple services
Ensure documentary evidence to reach the set target and support the data and report to SR on a regular basis in the given template.
She/He also will be responsible for liaising with SACS and reporting to SACS on a monthly basis about the activities and achievements.
Project coordinator will travel to the field to carry out supportive monitoring visits for the community facilitators engaged in service provision,
Regularly carry out document verification especially the CRF and enclosures of the CRF
Will travel to SR for review meetings and training, and meet various stakeholders
To conduct periodic review meeting and update the status of the project with the SSR leadership team
Qualification and Skills:
Graduate in health, social work, sociology, psychology, or its equivalent with at least three to five years’ relevant experience in health and development sector
Proven ability in managing multi-partner, complex projects with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
Ability to engage with stakeholders from multiple sectors of government, civil society and communities at the district level
Experience using M&E data in program management
Excellent oral and written communication skills in the local language of the state
Good oral and written communication skills in English is desirable
Willingness to travel extensively to project implementation locations
Sound computer skills, including use of Internet, MS Office™ software
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment
Ability to mentor individuals, teams, and organizations
Ability to work with the community facilitator and support them in the key bottlenecks
Salary as per project budget along with travel allowance.
