Job Description:
1. To maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records and documentation of project related work including field visit reports.
2. To ensure support in the documentation work required by the office for
administration work.
3. To coordinate with the district offices in West Bengal and Assam and ensuring all documentation and report compliances required to be maintained at district level.
4. To carry out additional assignments and task assigned by the project coordinator.
Skill Requirements:
1. Committed to work for the protection and strengthening of child rights.
2. Good interpersonal and networking skills.
3. Exposure in handling data management and analysis.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.
Qualification:
1. Bachelors in Social Work.
2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialization.
Experience-
1. At least 5 years of work experience in working in Child Protection or have experience of undertaking documentation related tasks and responsibilities.
2. Freshers who have done internship work in the child protection sector will also be considered

2. Good command over English, Hindi, Bengali and Assamese (preferable however not mandatory)
