Key Deliverables:Manage all aspects of the programme PANKH including planning, coordination,
implementation, evaluation, monitoring and documentation; to ensure that milestones are
being met for the projects.
Identify opportunities for expansion of the Programme PANKH.
iaising with corporates for the mentors.
Find out active vocational training centres with numerous domains.
Lookout for life skill trainers as per need of the program.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing Individual & corporate donors through new
engagement best practice programs.
Monthly/Quarterly budget preparation & financial management for the Programme,
maintaining economical & effective expenses.
Driving the programme towards achieving the required goals and objectives as set by the
organization & funding partner (if any).
Develop PR strategies, PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
Facilitate & monitor field level workshop, meeting, public hearing, awareness session,
training and event.
Building a suitable team for the development & expansion of Pankh.
Key kills Required:
Here is a list of few skills which will be helpful in the daily functioning as a digital marketing
executive:
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, PowerPoint and
Google Drive etc.
? Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure
to achieve the targets.
? Leadership, team management, proactive, strong work ethics, decision making,
interpersonal and good PR.
? Knowledge of Gantt Chart, log frame and Odisha (geographical/ political/ social).
? Fluent in English, Hindi and Odia.
? good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
? good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties.
? good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
