Jago Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) working in Jharkhand, India. The registration number of the organization is: IV-35(02-09-1997). Jago Foundation was established in the year 1995 as an informal group of young social activists. Initially the Jago team members has worked with different organizations at different capacities Jago Foundation was formally registered in the year 1997 and subsequently the coordination office was established in the district head quarter to concentrate its efforts in Giridih district. Later on the organization started working in the adjoining district of Giridih district.
