SAMUGAM was started by Prof.Dr.D.S.AMBROSE with his friends in 1987. It was registered in the year 2021 under Indian Trust Act 1882, as a non-profit charitable organization, registered under Income Tax Act under sections 12A(a), 80G (5) (vi) , 10 (23C) , all donations are 100% exempted, and PAN . The organization is based on the values of love, sharing and liberation and never makes discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, or colour among the beneficiaries. Its activities were managed by qualified professionals with over twenty years of experience along with a team of qualified and committed personnel. Since March 1987 SAMUGAM involved in different activities and began its educational and training programs initially for ten small villages, and at one stage its activities were spread in all over Tamil Nadu.
